Bulk Billing Policy

We are a fully bulk-billing medical centre committed to providing accessible and affordable healthcare to our community. All patients who hold a valid Medicare card are eligible for bulk-billed consultations, which means there are no out-of-pocket expenses for standard GP appointments. We bill Medicare directly for the services provided, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to receiving quality medical care.

Our bulk-billing policy applies to routine consultations, including general medical assessments, chronic disease management, care plans, mental health plans, and preventive health services, where clinically appropriate. We aim to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care while maintaining transparency and fairness in our billing practices.

Please note that some services such as travel vaccines, certain medical reports, and third-party medicals (e.g., insurance, employment, or licensing forms) may not be covered by Medicare and could incur a private fee. Our reception team is always happy to clarify any potential costs prior to your appointment.
